About the role

Digitanity is seeking independent Recruitment Partners to source and place senior IT talent for its global clients. This freelance, commission‑based position offers generous bounties for each successful hire.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment pipeline from initial outreach to hire confirmation.
• Actively source and engage candidates across Europe, the United States and LATAM.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously, evaluating large candidate pools.
• Deliver senior and hard‑to‑fill roles in engineering, product, design and go‑to‑market functions.
• Meet placement targets to earn bounties ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 per hire.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting IT professionals, especially senior and specialized roles.
• Comfortable working at a fast pace with high volume and precision.
• Ability to operate independently in a commission‑based environment.
• Experience in US and LATAM markets is a strong advantage.
