About the role
Workday is seeking an APAC Revenue Operations Director to partner with senior revenue leadership and drive growth across the Asia‑Pacific region. In this senior position you will translate executive vision into actionable sales execution, using data‑driven insights to shape strategy and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the current‑year and next‑year revenue planning process, including financial modeling, headcount planning, and quota setting.
- Prepare executive presentations that turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership meetings and business reviews.
- Analyze the addressable market to identify white‑space opportunities and guide expansion into new verticals or geographies.
- Build and maintain sophisticated productivity models to ensure sales capacity aligns with revenue targets.
- Evaluate ongoing business performance against growth targets and provide strategic recommendations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in revenue operations or similar functions within a fast‑growing SaaS organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work across Marketing, Partners, Sales Development, Solution Consulting, Value Management and Services.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
