Accountant

About the role

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be based in our Perth office and support the financial operations of multiple business units. The role involves preparing, analysing, and maintaining accurate financial records while contributing to timely reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports for various business units.
• Maintain general ledger entries and oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and company policies.
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide financial insights as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field; working towards CA or CPA certification.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Current National Police Clearance.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a diverse team environment.
