About the role
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing industrial and safety customers in Geraldton, WA. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and position our products as the preferred choice.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts to achieve sales and margin budgets.
- Build trusted, long‑term customer relationships through regular call cycles.
- Identify opportunities for growth across product categories and maintain pricing discipline.
- Manage pipeline activity, call plans and ensure CRM accuracy.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure outstanding customer service and delivery.
- Resolve customer issues related to pricing, service or delivery.
- Monitor competitor activity and share market insights.
- Demonstrate new products and solutions to customers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in industrial or safety sectors.
- Strong customer service, listening and negotiation abilities.
- Results‑driven mindset with excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
- Ability to analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities.
- Professional approach that reflects positively on the company brand.
