SEO Specialist

About the role

Jaywing is looking for a hands‑on SEO Specialist to join its digital team. You will work across a portfolio of clients, delivering technical optimisation, content strategy and off‑page activities while building your strategic expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Perform technical, content and off‑page SEO audits and implement improvements.
• Conduct keyword research, content‑gap and competitor analyses.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and performance metrics, producing regular reports.
• Support client communication with clear performance updates.
• Collaborate with strategists and wider digital teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Stay current with SEO trends and AI‑led search developments.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of SEO experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Solid understanding of technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
