Power BI Developer (5+ years)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, build and maintain scalable data solutions that support reporting and analytics across the business. The role involves creating high‑performance dashboards, reports and data models while collaborating closely with both business and technology stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models.
• Perform data integration and transformation from multiple data sources.
• Optimise SQL queries and improve reporting performance.
• Implement best practices for data modelling, governance and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and reporting.
• Support rapid delivery in a fast‑paced project environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Power BI (dashboards, reports, DAX, data modelling, Power Query).
• Proven experience in data engineering, ETL development and data pipeline implementation.
• Advanced SQL skills with performance‑tuning expertise.
• Strong understanding of data modelling concepts such as star schema and dimensional modelling.
• Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
