Multiskilled Operator – Earthworks & Civil Projects

About the role

We are looking for multiskilled Operators to join Aestec Services on a long‑term project at the Queensland Alumina Limited (QAL) site in Gladstone. The role involves performing earthworks and civil tasks across a variety of high‑profile industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform earthworks for carparks, bund walls and building drains.
• Manage stockpiles and oversee material movement.
• Execute civil outages and shutdown activities safely.
• Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, moxy trucks and excavators.

Required profile

• Motivated and reliable individuals with a strong safety focus.
• Valid licences for Dozer RII, Moxy RII, Excavator RII and HR License.
