Youth Fitness Coach (Part-Time)

About the role

KidStrong is seeking enthusiastic part‑time coaches to lead its 45‑minute KidStrong classes for children ages 1‑11 at the Auburn, AL location. As a Youth Fitness Coach you will combine science‑based fitness games with fun activities to help kids develop confidence, character and physical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver age‑appropriate 45‑minute fitness classes on weekdays and weekends.
• Engage children in movement‑based games that promote emotional, mental and physical development.
• Communicate program benefits and techniques to parents.
• Assist with birthday parties and seasonal camps to increase scheduled hours.
• Maintain a safe environment by following health and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Passion for working with children ages 15 months to 11 years.
• Background in athletics, coaching, teaching or pediatric OT/PT.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal style and self‑starter attitude.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics.
