About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to drive fast, high‑quality hiring outcomes across a dynamic business environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure the right people are brought into the business efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support peers and teams in candidate sourcing priorities and performance of duties.
• Provide recruitment advice and knowledge within the Workforce Solutions team.
• Participate in global projects aimed at improving staff augmentation practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to define skill requirements, sourcing strategies, and optimal hiring approaches.
• Source and identify qualified candidates for contractor and contingent workforce openings.
• Collate candidate information, including employment checks, and discuss findings with relevant teams.
• Monitor and maintain external labour‑hire job postings for accuracy and compliance.
• Onboard new contractors in a professional, compliant, and engaging manner.
• Extract and analyse recruitment data from RecruitWizard for reporting to governance and leadership forums.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment efficiency and stakeholder experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven track record sourcing and placing contractors or contingent workers.
• Experience with staff augmentation or project‑based hiring models.
• Ability to prepare and analyse recruitment metrics and reports.
• Working knowledge of recruitment systems and HR databases.
