Recruiter – Underground Operations

About the role

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and working within a close‑knit team, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for our underground mining operations. As a business partner to project managers, you will attract and secure a quality workforce that embodies Mastermyne’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑cycle recruitment processes for mining, construction and engineering projects.
• Develop and implement effective resourcing strategies to meet high‑volume hiring targets.
• Manage candidate induction, onboarding and integration into site teams.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and ensure compliance with HR, recruitment and HSEQ systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet mobilisation timeframes and support project delivery.

• Personable, energetic, service‑oriented with a good sense of humour.
• Demonstrated recruitment and mobilisation experience, preferably within mining or related sectors.
