About the role

BK. Engineering Consulting Solutions is seeking motivated civil, structural and environmental professionals to join its growing regional consultancy. The role offers the chance to work on a variety of infrastructure, development and flood‑study projects for both government and private clients across New South Wales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality engineering designs, calculations and reports for civil, structural and environmental projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, innovative solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and client communications to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings and specifications in line with industry standards.
• Support on‑site inspections and provide technical advice during construction phases.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent time‑ and project‑management skills, able to balance competing priorities.
• Proactive, organised and capable of working autonomously while knowing when to seek input.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building client and stakeholder relationships.
