Warehouse Packer – Carole Park

About the role

The Packer role is centred on accurately packing customer orders and supporting the production team with occasional assembly tasks. You will help maintain high quality, safety standards and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Pick parts and products using paper pick lists.
• Pack and label orders to meet quality and shipping standards.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and complete required documentation.
• Assist with stock replenishment, routine cycle counts and stocktake periods.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised warehouse.
• Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks where licensed.
• Support the production team with basic product assembly and use hand tools and machinery as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a picker/packer, assembly, warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.
• Experience using inventory management software (e.g., Cin7, NetSuite).
• Strong attention to detail, safety and quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift licence (advantageous).
• Reliable, motivated, willing to learn and able to pass police clearance, reference checks and a pre‑employment medical.
