Videographer and Content Producer

About the role

Petite Group, one of Sydney’s leading hospitality collectives, is seeking a Videographer and Content Producer to own visual storytelling across its restaurant, bar and hotel portfolio. This camera‑first role blends on‑site shooting with rapid editing to deliver engaging social‑media content that showcases food, drink and the people behind the experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and write shoot briefs aligned with campaign strategy.
• Execute shoot days across multiple venues, directing chefs, front‑of‑house and bar staff.
• Edit video and photo for reels, carousels and stills to a consistent, high standard.
• Turn around finished content quickly without compromising quality.
• Manage a high‑volume, multi‑venue production schedule and content calendar.
• Write captions and schedule posts.

Required profile

• 2+ years of shooting and editing experience in food, hospitality or a closely related field.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, variable‑hour environments, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to take charge in busy kitchen settings.
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple briefs and venues.

Required skills

• Fast, polished video editing using CapCut or equivalent.
• Proficient shooting with Sony ZV‑E10 and iPhone cameras.
• Flash photography expertise.
• Competence in both photo and video production.
