Vehicle Technician – Volvo Dealership (Doncaster)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our Volvo dealership in Doncaster. You will perform advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and routine servicing on a wide range of vehicles while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out advanced vehicle diagnostics, repairs and servicing in line with manufacturer standards.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, accurately identify faults and recommend additional work.
• Communicate technical issues and repair requirements to customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, manufacturer specifications and industry regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workshop environment adhering to health and safety standards.
• Oversee parts replacement and ensure high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Level 3 IMI qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Leadership ability to support and guide a team of technicians.
• Full, valid driving licence.
