About the role

Join Flight Centre Business Travel as a Travel Manager and lead people‑focused travel programmes for small‑to‑medium enterprise clients. This remote position offers a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule and the chance to build multi‑level relationships while driving retention, growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in your SME portfolio.
• Manage the end‑to‑end travel programme, ensuring service quality and compliance with SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell travel solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict service level agreements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre.
