Trak-Edition Project Trainer (Grade 4)

About the role

The Trak-Edition Project Trainer will join a dedicated training team responsible for preparing TrakCare users to transition from Trak‑2018 to Trak‑Edition across South‑West Victoria. Working closely with change‑management, communications, clinical and project‑management functions, the trainer will coordinate and deliver education to a diverse stakeholder group.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver Trak‑Edition training and Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) sessions for health‑service super‑users and staff.
• Develop, maintain and communicate comprehensive training schedules and rollout plans in collaboration with education leads and project stakeholders.
• Monitor participation, completion targets and learning records through the GROW system, providing regular reporting and escalating risks.
• Provide ongoing support to super‑users, distribute training resources, answer queries and tailor content to meet local policies.
• Travel to health‑service sites in Warrnambool, Hamilton, Portland, Colac and surrounding locations as required.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programmes, including Train‑the‑Trainer delivery.
• Experience working with large, geographically dispersed user groups in a healthcare environment.
• Strong adaptability to varying levels of digital literacy among learners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
