About the role

As a Team Leader at Metro Pubs you will lead by example, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and customers leave with a memorable experience. You will support the management team, keep the bar safe and clean, and help your crew deliver the high standards our pubs are known for.

Key responsibilities

• Provide heartfelt, memorable service to every customer.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure the bar operates safely, legally, and hygienically, addressing any concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail, ensuring every pint is perfect.
• Role model for excellent service and warm customer welcome.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and genuine team player.
