Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Executive to own the day‑to‑day execution of high‑quality content for a fast‑growing outdoor equipment brand. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will manage global social channels, nurture community engagement, and help translate storytelling into measurable brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the global social media strategy across Meta, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, aligning with brand and business goals.
• Create, schedule and publish evergreen and campaign‑specific content, maintaining a consistent publishing cadence.
• Own content calendars, planning at least one month ahead and syncing activity with product launches, events and seasonal moments.
• Engage with the global community, partner accounts, athletes and creators, and manage the Ambassador program.
• Support live event coverage and real‑time content publishing.
• Track performance against KPIs, produce regular reports and optimise strategy based on data and platform trends.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing, preferably within a consumer brand or agency.
• Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn algorithms and best practices.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritise and execute across multiple channels without compromising quality.
• Demonstrated results in driving engagement, follower growth and traffic.
• Excellent copywriting instincts and visual storytelling sense.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with social media management and scheduling tools such as Sprout Social, Later or Hootsuite.
