Senior Manager – International Tax & Transaction Services

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead international tax and transaction services for a high‑profile property REIT. The role blends private‑sector expertise with in‑house delivery, offering exposure to complex tax structuring, due diligence and modelling across a range of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EY contact for the client, building strong relationships with finance, legal and transaction teams.
• Project‑manage income tax compliance, corporate tax provision, tax returns and overall transaction timelines.
• Deliver tax structuring, due‑diligence and modelling support for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Drive process improvements and implement technology solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Provide day‑to‑day advisory and post‑transaction implementation support.

Required profile

• Australian tax experience, preferably from a top‑tier accounting firm, corporate, consulting or legal environment.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain high‑level client relationships.
• Strong team leadership and delegation skills.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities.
• Experience with corporate tax compliance and risk management.
