Senior Convex / Backend Developer (Fully Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior backend developer with deep expertise in Convex to help build and scale ProLine. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling complex problems, writing clean code, and designing elegant systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design clean, scalable schemas, queries, mutations, and actions using Convex.
• Improve performance, security, and reliability of backend services.
• Collaborate on real‑time application architecture and ensure production‑ready implementations.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Convex or demonstrable in‑depth backend knowledge and a willingness to learn its quirks.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and real‑time applications.
• Proven track record of shipping production software.
• Ability to work independently, make thoughtful technical trade‑offs, and take ownership of the technical foundation.
