About the role

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic College is seeking a passionate Science/Physics/Mathematics Teacher to join its dedicated team across three campuses in Alice Springs. The successful candidate will inspire senior students, deliver engaging curricula, and uphold the college’s Catholic ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Teach senior Science, Physics and Mathematics curricula across Years 9‑12.
• Foster student growth and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Integrate ICT tools to enhance classroom learning.
• Contribute positively to college culture and Catholic values.
• Collaborate with staff across the three campuses.

Required profile

• Passion for teaching and enthusiasm for working with students.
• Outstanding classroom management skills.
• Willingness to support the Catholic ethos.
• Hold or be able to obtain NT Teacher Registration through Mutual Recognition.

Required skills

• ICT literacy with the ability to integrate technology into learning.
