Sales Representative – Australia & New Zealand

About the role

Brands Australia is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to grow its brand portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing relationships with retail, commercial and government customers, and ensuring successful product execution in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail, commercial and government customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and account development.
• Build, manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking progress and advancing opportunities.
• Support product launches, promotions and in‑market execution with customers.
• Provide market and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare basic reporting on sales activity, opportunities and outcomes.
• Represent Brands Australia and its partner brands professionally in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B, retail, territory or field sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple opportunities across regions.
• Commercially minded, organised and self‑motivated.
• Experience selling to retailers or SME customers is preferred.
• Interest in technology, consumer products or regulated product categories is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
