About the role
As a Sales Executive you will promote the hotel’s unique experiences to guests, groups and event organizers. You will act as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring each guest receives a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and solicit group, transient and banquet business to meet sales targets.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate rates and finalize contracts.
- Represent the property at trade shows, conventions and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, contacts and activities.
- Support digital marketing initiatives for the property.
Required profile
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong focus on guest needs with a calm and courteous demeanor.
- Highly responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
