Sales Development Representative – Mid-Market (ANZ)

About the role

Deel is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive top‑of‑funnel growth for its Mid‑Market segment across Australia and New Zealand. In this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them understand how Deel’s all‑in‑one payroll and HR platform can solve their global hiring challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting via email, phone, social channels, events and campaigns.
• Identify, research and qualify prospective clients by uncovering their needs, challenges and readiness to adopt Deel’s solutions.
• Educate prospects on Deel’s product suite and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and account executives to align outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Curiosity and a proactive attitude toward learning the SaaS and HR technology space.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
