About the role

We are looking for experienced recruiters to join our global platform on a remote basis. You will have immediate access to live client vacancies worldwide and will be paid a placement fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful hire.

Key responsibilities

• Browse and select from active global job openings on the platform.
• Source, screen and submit qualified candidates into the hiring process.
• Collaborate with other independent recruiters to maximise placement opportunities.
• Track candidate progress and receive placement fees once hires are confirmed.

Required profile

• Current or former agency recruiters seeking additional deals.
• Freelance recruiters building their own business.
• Recruiters between roles who want to continue billing.
• Professionals with strong candidate networks and a proven sourcing track record.

Required skills

• Proven ability to source and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
