Recruitment Manager & HR Consultant (Remote)

About the role

This full‑time remote position combines the duties of a Recruitment Manager, Staffing Specialist, and HR Consultant for a leading automotive concession group in France. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from defining needs with hiring managers to onboarding new talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define hiring requirements and workforce plans.
• Create and publish job postings, source candidates through multiple channels, and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate assessment steps, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and advise on staffing strategies.
• Collaborate with HR and management to improve recruitment tools, maintain compliance with labor regulations, and support employer branding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in IT or technical domains.
• Background working with staffing agencies or external partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Knowledge of French or EU employment and recruitment regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
