Recruitment Advisor – Perth

About the role

True Resources is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join its Perth team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and support candidates through placement and mobilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes for drilling and mining roles.
• Maintain and develop relationships with client groups, understanding their workforce needs.
• Coordinate pre‑employment compliance, mobilisation workflows, and candidate onboarding.
• Handle high‑volume workloads, prioritising tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Engage candidates, stakeholders, and site teams with clear communication.
• Utilise Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Suite, and the company’s ATS/CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Recruitment Advisor or similar role.
• Experience in the drilling industry is highly desirable.
• Strong background in mining mobilisation and pre‑employment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Residency in Perth with full working rights (citizenship or permanent residency).
