Project Manager – Technology & Digital Initiatives

About the role

Sodexo is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of technology and digital initiatives within its Technology Digital and Data function. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while supporting Sodexo’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget and delivery plans aligned to business outcomes.
• Operate within Sodexo’s portfolio governance framework and provide accurate, timely reporting.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues and dependencies to stakeholders and governance forums.
• Engage and align business and technology stakeholders to facilitate decision‑making.
• Manage vendors and third‑party partners to meet contractual and delivery obligations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage inter‑dependencies across the broader portfolio.
• Support resource planning and prioritisation in collaboration with functional leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology or digital projects end‑to‑end (5+ years preferred).
• Degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Portfolio reporting tools (e.g., Triskell).
• Project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
