Project Manager – Mobilisation Programme (Greenfield Site)

About the role

This high‑impact coordination role sits at the centre of a landmark mobilisation programme, tasked with bringing a brand‑new greenfield site to operational readiness by 2027. You will act as the connective tissue across Customer and Operations directorates, owning the consolidated programme plan and ensuring seamless delivery across 13 project streams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a consolidated MS Project programme plan covering all 13 streams, integrating plans, mapping dependencies, and sequencing milestones.
• Lead cross‑stream governance by attending meetings, facilitating decision forums, tracking risks, issues and decisions, and making inter‑dependencies visible.
• Produce high‑quality, executive‑ready reporting that translates complex multi‑stream activity into clear updates.
• Partner with stream leads, the Programme Director and senior stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum, escalating risks and resolving conflicts.
• Coordinate mobilisation readiness activities, aligning customer experience changes, operational processes, workforce readiness and system requirements ahead of construction go‑live.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience delivering large, complex programmes end‑to‑end, with a proven record in multi‑stream or cross‑functional coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, capable of building, linking and maintaining integrated plans.
• Demonstrated experience in mobilisation, construction go‑live or site activation programmes (e.g., construction readiness, retail rollout, precinct activation).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting skills, able to distil complex status into governance‑ready updates.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify risks and inter‑dependency conflicts early.
