About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to work remotely with our AI development teams. You will translate complex project scenarios into data‑rich examples that improve AI model training and ensure project goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI engineers to provide insights on planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Develop and review AI training materials that reflect best practices across multiple industries.
• Convert real‑world project management challenges into clear examples for AI learning modules.
• Lead client‑facing interactions and guide technical staff to align on deliverables.
• Continuously evaluate AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience across diverse industries.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams.
