About the role

As a Production Team Member at Krispy Kreme, you will be part of a friendly, inclusive team that creates our iconic doughnuts. You’ll work in the West Croydon store, turning raw ingredients into fresh, high‑quality products that bring happiness to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare doughnuts from raw ingredients following established recipes.
• Monitor product quality and ensure each doughnut meets brand standards.
• Maintain a clean and tidy production area.
• Safely lift and handle heavy bags of ingredients.
• Wash trays and equipment as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or food‑and‑beverage environments.
• Passion for producing high‑quality doughnuts.
• Eager to learn, grow and enjoy a team‑oriented workplace.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
