Procurement Officer – Energy Services

About the role

MPK is looking for an experienced Procurement & Contracts Officer to support its Energy Services operations from the Wellcamp office. The role involves managing purchasing activities for both operational and project‑based needs in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, consumables and services for projects and operations.
• Source quotations, evaluate supplier pricing and support commercial decision‑making.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements across multiple project and operational teams.
• Raise and maintain accurate purchase orders and process invoices.
• Assist with administration of supplier agreements, subcontractor documentation and service contracts.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing, delivery and invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor delivery lead times and communicate schedule impacts.
• Maintain vendor records, onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
• Support reporting on outstanding purchase orders, invoices, commitments and project costs.
• Assist with inventory management, stock allocation and contribute to procurement process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project‑based purchasing, supplier coordination and contract administration.
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and project teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple procurement streams simultaneously.
