Part-time Marketing Graphic Designer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Marketing Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual assets that support organic growth initiatives for our productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Clipchamp. The role is fully remote (Sydney preferred) and works within established brand systems to produce web‑focused designs that drive discoverability and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Produce visual assets for SEO‑driven landing pages, blogs and marketing content across the product portfolio.
• Assemble and adapt elements from existing brand libraries, selecting layouts, imagery, colours and treatments.
• Create lightweight animated GIFs and short screen‑recorded demos to illustrate product workflows.
• Collaborate with SEO writers, growth strategists and engineers to ensure visuals reinforce copy and calls‑to‑action.
• Maintain and expand a scalable asset library in Figma for rapid reuse.
• Support visual experimentation on pages, including layout variations and hierarchy improvements.
• Participate in structured review cycles via Figma comments and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing graphic design or content‑focused design.
• Proven ability to work independently as a contractor, managing time and priorities with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in a remote, cross‑functional environment.
