Packaging Machine Operator

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s high‑performing team in Tingalpa as a Packaging Machine Operator. You will work night shifts (Monday‑Friday, 10:30 pm‑6:30 am) to keep production flowing smoothly while supporting the company’s commitment to safety, quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to maintain a continuous product flow.
• Conduct flavour testing and ensure the correct flavour is supplied.
• Perform advanced centre‑lining, equipment calibration, troubleshooting and ongoing monitoring.
• Prepare and complete quality checks, record accurate production data.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular housekeeping.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating processing machines in a food manufacturing setting.
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical equipment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards.
• Safety‑conscious with strong communication skills.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
