About the role
This part‑time position combines front‑of‑house reception, office coordination and facilities support for a leading ASX‑listed fashion and workwear company. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and help keep the Melbourne office running smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance, trades and general office repairs.
- Manage ordering of stationery, office and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain office amenities, kitchen operations and building inspections.
- Assist with company vehicle administration and access‑key records.
- Welcome visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage meeting bookings.
- Handle mail, deliveries and courier coordination.
- Maintain a professional reception area.
- Maintain safety records, coordinate inspections, fire drills and keep signage up to date.
Required profile
- Organised, reliable and proud of creating an efficient workplace.
- Experience in office coordination, reception or facilities support.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Confidence in coordinating suppliers or trades.
- Solid computer skills.
- OH&S experience desirable but not essential.
