About the role
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator / All Rounder to join a busy FMCG operation in Dandenong. The role supports operations, customer service and warehouse teams, providing day‑to‑day administrative assistance in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- General office administration and reception duties.
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate records.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and customer orders.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport providers.
- Assisting with scheduling, dispatch and logistics coordination.
- Managing emails, phone calls and filing systems.
- Providing ad‑hoc support to multiple departments as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Administration Assistant or All Rounder.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or warehouse administration is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to help across the business.
- Reliable transport and availability for full‑time hours.
Required skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
