Network Support Officer – School ICT Support

About the role

We are looking for a Network Support Officer to join the ICT team at North Albany Senior High School. The role ensures a reliable and secure network environment that underpins teaching, learning and school operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the school’s IT network infrastructure.
• Provide first‑line technical support to staff and students for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages, device failures and application problems.
• Ensure data integrity and security in line with Department of Education policies.
• Collaborate with Department of Education ICT support services to keep systems compliant and efficient.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ICT services and documentation.

Required profile

• Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or holder of a valid work visa.
• Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check and a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
• Ability to work full‑time or part‑time on a permanent or fixed‑term basis.
