National Retail Manager

About the role

The National Retail Manager will lead Dior’s retail partner network across Australia, ensuring the brand’s luxury standards and client experience are consistently delivered. You will coach a national team of Retail Managers, drive sell‑out performance, and align commercial strategy with execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a national team of Retail Managers to achieve sales targets and productivity metrics.
• Build leadership capability within the retail management team through performance management and commercial acumen.
• Identify performance opportunities across locations and implement targeted action plans.
• Execute key commercial moments, animations and product launches in partner‑operated stores.
• Ensure consistent application of Dior brand standards, client experience, selling techniques and visual merchandising.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with retail partner stakeholders.
• Analyse retail performance data to spot trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Partner with internal functions such as Marketing, Education, HR and Merchandising to ensure operational alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of retail experience, including multi‑site leadership in partner‑operated environments.
• Proven track record of driving performance and developing high‑performing field teams.
• Strong performance‑management, coaching and retail‑execution expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
