Marketing Executive – Retail Shopping Centre

About the role

As a Marketing Executive you will support the delivery of Westpoint’s annual marketing plan and calendar. Working full‑time, you will coordinate campaigns, digital activity and retailer engagement to enhance the shopping centre experience and drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and campaign calendar.
• Coordinate and deliver centre marketing campaigns and activations end‑to‑end.
• Create, schedule and manage content across digital and social media channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide insights and optimise reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, promoting offers and promotions.
• Assist in delivering centre events, community initiatives and PR activities.
• Liaise with external suppliers such as creative, production and media partners.
• Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing and marketing administration.
• Conduct centre walk‑throughs and align marketing activity with operations.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail or shopping centres.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
