Marine Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading Western Australian organisation that manages critical marine infrastructure. As the Civil Marine Maintenance Supervisor you will lead both planned and reactive maintenance activities across a range of marine civil assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day maintenance activities and small marine civil projects.
• Supervise contractors delivering planned, reactive and shutdown works.
• Prepare scopes of work, review inspection reports and update asset registers.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure safety, quality and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate site inductions, permits and act as surveillance officer.
• Support budget preparation, maintenance scheduling and liaise with planners on job progress.

Required profile

• Trade qualification in Civil or Marine Construction, or extensive relevant experience.
• Proven experience in marine civil infrastructure maintenance or construction.
• Strong background in maintenance supervision and contractor management.
• Current ‘C’ or ‘CA’ Class Driver’s Licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
