Kitchen Team Member

About the role

Dôme is seeking enthusiastic Back of House Team Members to join its café network across Western Australia. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, preparing ingredients and menu items to a consistently high standard while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce menu items according to Dôme’s quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Ensure all ingredients are stocked, fresh, and ready for service.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering food to hungry guests.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team‑player with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to identify and complete tasks independently.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Sunday between 5 am and 9 pm.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
