About the role

Dôme is seeking enthusiastic Back of House Team Members to join its café network across Western Australia. In this kitchen-focused position you will help prepare menu items and maintain a clean, efficient workspace, ensuring every guest receives high‑quality food.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items to consistent standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Assist with stock rotation, storage, and basic inventory tasks.
• Support fellow team members during busy service periods.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering food to hungry guests.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Initiative to identify and complete necessary tasks.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Sunday between 5 am and 9 pm.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
