Head of Cybersecurity Projects & Consulting (ANZ)

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a senior leader to head its Cybersecurity Projects & Consulting practice across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to regional Cybersecurity leadership, you will shape the market presence, drive revenue growth and ensure delivery excellence for a portfolio that includes AI‑led transformation, secure‑by‑design digitalisation and advanced risk advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Cybersecurity Projects & Consulting business plan in line with global and local priorities.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring financial performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Standardise delivery processes, embed AI‑driven automation, and use Capgemini accelerators to improve efficiency and margins.
• Manage escalations, protect client relationships, and maintain delivery excellence.
• Partner with GTM leads to support sales pursuits and expand the practice’s pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in cybersecurity consulting or project delivery.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of revenue and margin growth.
• Visible market presence and ability to act as a role model for cybersecurity practitioners.
• Excellent stakeholder management across sales, solutioning, and regional leadership.
