Guest Service Executive – Melbourne

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Executive to be the first point of contact for members and visitors at our Melbourne coworking centre. You will ensure a warm welcome, smooth onboarding and off‑boarding, and a well‑maintained environment that supports our community’s productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with energy and professionalism, answering queries about products, services and policies.
• Coordinate member move‑ins and move‑outs, ensuring a seamless onboarding and off‑boarding experience.
• Monitor centre cleanliness, prepare meeting rooms and pantries, and handle basic facilities tasks.
• Manage front‑desk administration including email correspondence, room preparation, courier handling, invoicing and payment processing.
• Assist in planning and executing community events that foster collaboration among members.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer or guest service, preferably in hospitality, coworking or serviced offices.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for people.
• Self‑motivated team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
