Full‑Time Veterinary Receptionist

About the role

Better Pet Vets is seeking a friendly, organised full‑time receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. Working four days a week (38 hours) with one rostered day off, you will help ensure every clinic visit runs smoothly and stress‑free.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage the flow of pets and people through the clinic.
• Schedule appointments, process payments and keep accurate client records.
• Provide clear, compassionate communication and support to pet owners.
• Assist with general administrative duties, marketing support and stock control.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and customer service.
• Support veterinary and nursing staff to keep daily operations efficient.
