Full‑Time Registered Nurse – Hospital in the Home

About the role

Vitalis Healthcare at Home is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Hospital in the Home (HITH) division. You will deliver hospital‑level clinical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes across Greater Sydney, operating 7 days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Visit 4‑7 clients per day, providing high‑quality, hospital‑standard treatment in a home setting.
• Administer IV antibiotics, manage PICC lines, and perform complex wound care.
• Assess patients, educate them on medication and treatment plans, and ensure safety during home visits.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team while working autonomously as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑graduate nursing experience, preferably in Critical Care or General Surgery.
• Current AHPRA registration (Division 1) and a valid driver’s licence.
• Strong patient assessment abilities and high‑acuity clinical skills.
• Excellent communication to convey treatment instructions clearly.
