About the role
We are seeking a friendly, well‑spoken, and organized Front Office Executive to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will create a positive impression and deliver outstanding front‑desk support in a fast‑paced IT services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to guests and employees.
- Manage visitor logs, appointment scheduling, and meeting‑room bookings.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative support tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments for front‑desk requirements.
- Follow security and safety protocols for guests and vendors.
Required profile
- High school diploma; graduate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
