Front of House Team Member – Banksia Grove

About the role

Join Dôme’s vibrant café team in Banksia Grove as a Front of House Team Member. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly.
• Clear, reset, and maintain clean tables and dining areas.
• Perform general cleaning duties to keep the café tidy.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Enjoyment of a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Sunday between 5 am and 9 pm.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
