Freelance AI Trainer – Business Owner (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for independent business owners in food, lodging, service or retail to act as freelance AI trainers. You will evaluate newly released digital merchant tools and AI‑driven commerce features, providing structured feedback to improve their accuracy and usability.

Key responsibilities

• Test and assess platform features, digital storefront tools, and AI recommendations from a merchant perspective.
• Audit AI‑generated business summaries, search visibility and mapping integrations for factual accuracy.
• Produce detailed, audit‑ready reports on usability, relevance and day‑to‑day utility of the tools.
• Identify and document anomalies where AI misclassifies business categories, services, hours or local market nuances.

Required profile

• Active owner, operator or primary manager of a business in food/beverage, lodging, local services or retail.
• Current, verified Google Business Profile for your enterprise.
• Strong analytical communication skills to convey technical observations and actionable feedback.
• Detail‑oriented approach to evaluating digital workflows and consumer‑facing data.

Required skills

• Experience managing a digital storefront and Google Business Profile.
