Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Join the iconic El Questro resort in the heart of the Kimberley as the Food & Beverage Manager. You will lead the restaurant, bar and event spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in a unique outback setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day F&B operations across the restaurant, bar and event venues.
• Lead, coach and schedule a small front‑of‑house team.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and safety for breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events.
• Control stock, place orders and collaborate closely with the kitchen team.
• Drive guest satisfaction through warm hospitality and efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote or luxury resort environment.
• Strong leadership skills and willingness to work hands‑on.
• Passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
• Understanding of stock control, budgeting and team rostering.
• RSA certification (or willingness to obtain) and a manual driver’s licence.
• Ability to live and work in a remote outback location for an extended period.
